At Bemis Bio Bidet, we stand behind our products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bidet seats and attachments must be unopened and uninstalled to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and mounting hardware are included.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the unit to ensure it meets our hygiene standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
